Property Inventory in Reading
You may think that you can handle your property inventory by yourself, but you want to make sure that you do this report right. If you don’t, you may end up losing in court should you need to file for damages. You can handle the property inventory yourself, but the problem is that if you are not thorough enough you won’t have enough evidence to fight your case if needed. These reports need to be highly detailed otherwise you will lose out on your deposit dispute.
It may cost extra money hiring a professional company but this is an investment that is well worth it to protect your investment property. These should be done prior to any tenant moving in, then as close to the tenants move in date and their move out date. This will help you compare the reports between these different checkpoints in the tenancy and give you the most accurate results.
